Renovation and division of a commercial complex into a residential area that includes 3 fully new furnished apartments. A great example of a project in which its location became excellent. It is near the heart of the entertainment district. Only 5 years ago the area was abandoned and neglected. The innovation made by us and other entrepreneurs made the street one of the most demanding in the area.
